EAZY was founded in Hong Kong SAR in February 2019 by a couple of passionate people with a laptop.
2020
Opening of the first EAZY office
EAZY has established the first office located in Hong Kong SAR on September 19, 2020.
2021
R&D of Neverflip Cuban link-chain
EAZY began developing the advanced Cuban link chain, “Neverflip” design.
2022
EAZY office expansion
EAZY has established a Headquarters in Hong Kong SAR. The HQ housed a team of dedicated sales representatives and talented designers. This laid down the foundation of EAZY has become what it is today.
Launch of Neverflip Cuban-link Chain
After investing millions of dollars, developing numerous test models, and dedicating an enormous amount of time, EAZY has successfully created the “Neverflip” Cuban link-chain designs. Each link is interlinked to the others in a hand-to-hand fashion, and it will never flip over.
2023
Opening of the EAZY Factory
In just a few months, EAZY has opened its own jewellery factory in China in May 2023. This facility housed the in-house craftsmen team and the R&D department.
Advanced Invisible Setting Elevation
After establishing our factory, EAZY elevated jewellery craftsmanship by refining the invisible setting technique to its most advanced form. The resulting breakthrough in avant-garde diamond arrangement represents a defining advancement in the craft.
We are a Story Teller
EAZY has established the in-house marketing content team. This has allowed EAZY to tell an appealing and visually impactful story.
Launch of All-in-One Service
Shortly after, EAZY launched All-in-One Service, covering consultation, ordering, and product photography, delivering top-tier craftsmanship and service to customers.
First show at JGW Hong Kong 2023
After making its debut at JGW Hong Kong in 2023, EAZY has been a regular participant at the event. Our mind-blowing designs and craftsmanship continue to inject a surge of innovative energy into the custom-made jewellery industry.

First show at JCK 2024
EAZY's debut at JCK 2024 showcased exceptional craftsmanship and top-notch services. This milestone launched us onto a larger stage, marking the start of our annual commitment to JCK and setting the scene for greater industry impact in custom-made jewellery.
Bullet-cut Invisible Setting
This year, with the belief in "NEVERSTOP" innovation, EAZY improved and optimized our craftsmanship, launching the Bullet-Cut Invisible Setting, which provides customers with more choices for their jewellery.
Launch of EAZY Original
ICEflake Setting
Pushing the boundaries of invisible settings, EAZY has pioneered its own original technique, utilizing hexagon diamonds: the ICEflake Setting. An industry-first innovation, it has set trends since its debut. EAZY ICEflake Setting delivers brilliant performance across diverse designs, establishing itself as one of the most remarkable technologies in the market today.
Launch of eazyBox
EAZY launched the customised jewellery box service, eazyBox, which became the final piece of the puzzle for its All-In-One Service. eazyBox helps clients to create a unique jewellery box that's the perfect match for their jewellery.
EAZY Innovative Designs Launch
Shortly after, EAZY hosted the Innovative Design Launch online, pioneering a fresh format for the jewellery industry. The launch revealed and redefined market expectations, resetting innovation benchmarks and captivating industry experts and consumers.
2024 Most Innovative Solutions Award
In 2024, EAZY won the Most Innovative Solutions Award and was recognised as one of the outstanding enterprises driving Hong Kong's growth with innovative ideas and business approaches.

EAZY won the HKCT BUSINESS AWARDS 2024 hosted by the Hong Kong Commercial Times, an influential award recognizing EAZY's efforts and achievements in market competition, social responsibility, and industry status over the past year.

In 2025, the EAZY Design Team launched EAZY Pattern, a specialised design system that integrates multiple setting styles into expressive stone arrangements, unlocking new creative possibilities.
Launching with the Matrix, Radiance, and Peacock patterns, it is making custom-pattern jewellery the new trend, where every design tells a story.

Raised-Up Cuban Chain
EAZY refined the Cuban chain with bold diamond innovations. By setting large diamonds and reinventing raised-up settings, the collection creates lavish variations unseen in ordinary Cubans, sparking a new wave of design in the category.
eazyBox Innovative
Development
In 2025, eazyBox advanced the art of jewellery presentation, crafting over 1,000 custom boxes for exceptional pieces. The collection expanded with the Mini Trunk, Travel Case Pro, acrylic editions, and replaceable-shell trunks, alongside the Mass Production service. eazyBox keeps delivering holistic presentation solutions designed around real client needs.
